Chestnut Holdings pays $15.4M for 48-unit rental in the Upper West Side
Chestnut Holdings through the entity 325 W 77 LLC paid $15.4 million to Linda Stock and Susan Wilson through the entity 325-327 West 77th Street, New York, N.Y., L.L.C. for the 48-unit rental (D3) at 325-327 West 77th Street in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on July 22, 2021 and was recorded on August 2, 2021.
The property has 41,931 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 22,884 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $367 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Linda Stock and Susan Wilson was Linda Stock and Susan Wilson. The signatory for Chestnut Holdings was Sean Lefkovits.
The contract date was April 19, 2021. The loan was signed by Jonathan Wiener of Chestnut Holdings.
The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development included Joan Kuhl, head officer and Linda Stock, officer. The business entities were Beerma Realty Management and 325 W 7th St Ny Ny Llc.
