Iovino Enterprises sells industrial for $5.8M in College Point

Michelle Frankola through the entity Jbfi Enterprises LLC paid $5.8 million to Iovino Enterprises through the entity L&M 117th Street Property LLC for an industrial (E9) building at 14-45 117th Street in College Point, Queens.
The deal closed on July 14, 2021 and was recorded on August 2, 2021.
The property has 27,750 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 20,046 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $207 per the PincusCo analysis.
