Josil Group permitted for 24-unit resi building in Hunts Point

Josil Group, on May 21, was given a permit for construction of a 24-unit, 16,478-square-foot residential building at 661 Manida Street in Hunts Point, the Bronx. Joseph Silberman of the Josil Group filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on September 14, 2020, call for the construction of a 55-foot tall, four-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story with cellar residential building, total of 24 dwelling units.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation room, and three dwelling units. Floors two and three will each have seven dwelling units. The fourth floor will have four dwelling units along with the lower halves of three duplex dwelling units, the upper halves of which will be located on the penthouse.

The property was acquired for $805,000 on July 31, 2019.
