Joseph Lichtman permitted for 50-unit resi building in East Flatbush

Joseph Lichtman, on November 23, was given a permit for construction of a 50-unit, 34,299-square-foot residential building at 219 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

Both new building and foundation permits were issued.

The plans were one of 66 new building plans filed in East Flatbush in 2020. Of the 66 plans, these plans called for the construction of the third most residential units.

The plans, pre-filed on February 13, 2020, call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The property was acquired for $5 million on January 6, 2020.
