Genc Lakaj permitted for 33-unit resi building in Soundview

Genc Lakaj, on November 24, was given a permit for construction of a 33-unit, 19,657-square-foot residential building at 751 Rosedale Avenue in Soundview, the Bronx.

The permit issued was a new building permit.

The plans, pre-filed on December 24, 2020, call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new seven-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby. The second floor will have four dwelling units and recreation space. The third floor will have five dwelling units and recreation space. Floors four through seven will each have six dwelling units per floor. The building will have parking for 17 cars.

Fred Geremia Archt & Planners is the architect named.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $600,000 on February 13, 2019.
