Joseph Brunner, Abe Mandel receive TCO at 68-unit residential building in Bushwick
Joseph Brunner and Abe Mandel’s Bruman Realty, on August 12, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 68-unit, 59,622-square-foot residential building at 93 Linden Street in Bushwick.
The plans, pre-filed on September 1, 2015 by Moshe Braver, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, five-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was four years and 11 months.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed five-story residential building as per plans.
According to the plans filed, the cellar of the building has a recreation space and parking for 24 cars. The ground floor has a residential lobby, indoor recreation space, and 14 dwelling units. Floors two through four also each have 14 dwelling units while the fifth floor has 12 dwelling units.
In May, an affordable housing lottery opened for 21 of the units in the building. Of the affordable apartments, two are studios, 16 are one-bedroom units, and three are two-bedroom units. Monthly rents range from $1,899 to $2,350.
