Candor Capital files plans for 29-unit mixed-use building in Flatbush
Candor Capital, on May 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 29-unit, 18,827-square-foot building at 80 Linden Boulevard in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Charles Wurzberger, president at Candor Capital, filed the plans.
There have been 16 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
Last year the developer filed plans for the construction of a 41-unit, 28,757-square-foot mixed-use building at 333 Linden Boulevard in East Flatbush, a 20-unit, 15,913-square-foot residential building at 833 Maple Street in East Flatbush, and a 13-unit, 10,976-square-foot residential building at 837 Maple Street in East Flatbush.
These plans call for the construction of a 84-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00736239.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 157 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story mixed use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, health care facility space, and parking. The second floor will have recreation space and four dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have five dwelling units.
The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
The property was acquired for $3.2 million on December 16, 2021.
