Joel Weiss of Empire Brooklyn files plans for a 38K sf office building in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Joel Weiss, of Empire Brooklyn, on May 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 38,308-square-foot office building at 159 Spencer Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The plans call for the construction of a 145-foot tall, 11-story, office building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed 11-story office building.

Floors one and two will have parking spaces for 49 cars according to building plans. Floors 3 through 11 will be used for offices, community facility and commercial.
