Argo Real Estate files $3M plans to create new penthouse duplex at 360 Central Park West

Argo Real Estate, on May 12, filed a permit application for a $3 million renovation to create a new penthouse duplex in the 174,608-square-foot residential building at 360 Central Park West in the Upper West Side.

The condominium building is 152 feet tall with 17 stories.

The project is described in the filings as: filing Alt1 to establish penthouse duplex apt in the south tower combining units on the 16th and 17th floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,000,000.

Cetra/CRI Architecture PLLC will handle the renovation for the project.
