Alex Finkelshteyn files plans for a 42K sf office building in Sheepshead Bay

Alex Finkelshteyn, on May 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 42,192-square-foot office building at 3121 Ocean Avenue in Sheepshead Bay.

The plans call for the construction of a 72-foot tall, 5-story, office building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building consisting of business offices, uses including ambulatory diagnostic offices, school, and accessory parking garage for 90 cars.

The cellar and ground floor of the building will each have offices and a medical center, according to plans. The second floor will be used for a parking garage with 90 spaces while floors three through five will each have medical offices.

Corporate Design of America is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $5.4 million on April 24, 2014.
