Isaac Friedman files plans to convert two-unit resi building to 20-unit building in Highbridge
Isaac Friedman, on March 28, filed plans for a project to convert a two-unit residential building to a 20-unit residential building at 1654 Grand Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx.
The plans call for an increase in the size of the building from a 25-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 55-foot tall, four-story building with 20 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00703270.
