Jerry Wang files plans for demo of four-story building at Flushing site with no new building plans
Jerry Wang through the entity W&W Realty Management LLC, on July 16, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 35-15 146th Street in Flushing, Queens.
No new building plans have been filed, and it is unclear what the developer plans to use the space for.
The plans, pre-filed on July 16, 2021, call for the demolition of a four-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: this application is [for a] four-story detached house.
The property was acquired with two other properties for $8.3 million on June 24, 2016.
Earlier this year the developer paid Robert Peter Stockel’s John A. Vassilaros & Son, Inc. $11.3 million for 129-05 28th Avenue in College Point, Queens.
Flushing has been among the most active neighborhoods in the city for new development so far this year, according to a recent analysis from PincusCo.
