Jerry Wang files plans for 19-unit, 17-unit resi buildings on same tax lot in Flushing

Jerry Wang, on October 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 19-unit, 24,759-square-foot residential building and a 17-unit, 13,426-square-foot residential building at 35-15 146th Street in Flushing, Queens.

Plans for both of the buildings were filed in the same permit application There have now been 45 new building plans filed in Flushing so far this year.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and aa 65-foot tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00614758. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed eight-story residential building.

The buildings are described as “front building” and “rear building” in the plans.

According to the scope of work, the front building will have a residential lobby and recreation space on the ground floor. The second floor will have two dwelling units. Floors three through five will each have three dwelling units per floor. Floors six and seven will each have two dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have one dwelling unit.

According to the scope of work, the rear building will have two dwelling units on the ground floor. The second floor will have two dwelling units. Floors three through five will each have three dwelling units per floor. Floors six through eight will each have two dwelling units per floor.

The architect listed is Michael Kang Architect P.C.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $8.3 million on June 24, 2016.
