City files plans for a $3.4M rehab of Gramercy school’s auditorium

New York City School construction Authority, on October 26, filed plans for a $3.4 million rehabilitation of a school building’s auditorium at 345 East 15th Street in Gramercy, Manhattan.

The school is known as High School for Health Professions and Human Services.

The plans call for work on the auditorium of the 65-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00604476.

The project is described in the filing as: auditorium upgrade, auditorium roof and path of travel.
