Jacob Ganzfried permitted for 47-unit resi building in Flatbush
Jacob Ganzfried through the company WGL Lenox Group LLC, on March 2, was given a permit for construction of a 47-unit, 34,382-square-foot residential building at 323 Lenox Road in Flatbush.
The permit is a new building permit. The developer received initial foundation permits last month.
The plans, pre-filed on December 2, 2019, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed seven-story and cellar residential building, total of 47 dwelling units.
The ground floor of the building, according to the plans, will have one dwelling unit, a lobby, and 26 parking spaces. Floors two through six will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the second floor units will have terraces. The seventh floor will have six dwelling units with private terraces. The building will have an exercise room, library, and storage in the cellar and a recreation space on the roof.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect.
Demolition plans were filed in August for the single-family home on the property.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The property was acquired for $3.1 million on July 19, 2019.
