Aleksander Mici files plans for enlargement of two-story building to 23 units in Fordham Heights
Aleksander Mici, on June 1, filed plans for a project to enlarge a two-unit building to a 23-unit building at 2073 Ryer Avenue in Fordham Heights, the Bronx.
The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 25-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 60-foot tall, seven-story building with 23 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00683858.
