Aleksander Mici files plans for enlargement of two-story building to 23 units in Fordham Heights

Aleksander Mici, on June 1, filed plans for a project to enlarge a two-unit building to a 23-unit building at 2073 Ryer Avenue in Fordham Heights, the Bronx.

The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 25-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 60-foot tall, seven-story building with 23 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00683858.

The project is described in the filing as: Horizontal and vertical extension of existing two-story family house and conversion into seven-story, 23 dwelling units, residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will go from one dwelling unit to three dwelling units. The second floor will go from one dwelling unit to three dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor.

The property was acquired for $710,000 on August 20, 2021.
