Israel Neiman permitted for 16K sf building with 6 units in Williamsburg
Israel Neiman, on October 20, was given a permit for construction of a 6-unit, 16,527-square-foot residential building at 144 Clymer Street in Williamsburg.
The plans, pre-filed on December 24, 2019, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, six-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed six-story and cellar new residential, 6-unit building.
Floors one through six of the building will each have one dwelling unit per floor, according to the plans.
ND Architecture and Design will be in charge of the architecture.
No demolition plans have been filed.
The property was acquired for $7.8 million on July 8, 2019. Neiman obtained a $10 million construction and land loan in July 2019.
