City files plans for $9.1M exterior rehab of Highbridge school

The New York City School Construction Authority, on March 27, filed plans for a $9.1 million rehabilitation of a building at 1257 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx.

The plans call for a rehab of the exterior of the 58-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00706323.

The project is described in the filing as: remove and replace exterior windows and doors. Exterior wall repairs, repair sidewalk vaults and stoops. Repair rubble and masonry walls in cellar, interior repairs.

The architect listed is Sen Architects LLP.
