Isaac Dahan receives TCO for 37-unit resi building in Williamsburg

Isaac Dahan, on December 10, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $4.9 million project to convert a single-story commercial building to a 37-unit residential building at 428 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg.

The plans, pre-filed on October 26, 2015, call for the increase in the size of the building from a 12-foot tall, one-story, 3,421-square-foot building to a 68-foot tall, six-story, 26,257-square-foot building with 37 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed herewith for proposed horizontal and four-story vertical enlargement to existing one-story commercial building. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,899,000.

Vision Development managed the project, according to reports.

The building’s cellar has parking for 22 vehicles, according to the plans. The ground floor has retail space, commercial space, a lobby, a car rental office, and day care. The second floor has additional commercial retail space. Floors three and four each have 12 dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor has 11 dwelling units, and the sixth floor has two dwelling units.
