TCO for 39-unit condo with $41M sellout, part of seven-building Cascade Linen complex in Bed-Stuy
Isaac Deutsch’s Empire State Management, Abraham Brach and Nachman Leibowitz, on December 10, were issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 39-unit, 94,791-square-foot condo building at 92 Stockton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The development currently has a $40,961,300 sellout with the New York State Attorney General.
The full complex will contain seven buildings when fully completed. There will be a pair of nine-story buildings, one 10-story building and four six-story buildings, and each will be a condominium according to published reports.
The DOB plans, pre-filed on December 8, 2014, by Isaac Deutsch, call for the construction of a 104-foot tall, nine-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was six years.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new nine-story mixed-use building as per plans.
The ground floor has retail space, a lobby, and a house of worship, per the plans. The second floor has four dwelling units and private terraces. Floors three through nine each have five dwelling units per floor. The roof provides recreation space.
Diego Aguilera is the project’s architect.
The developers acquired the Cascade Linen site for $70 million on March 16, 2015. It was then demolished the same year.
