Isaac Broyn files plans a 33-unit residential building in Bed-Stuy

Isaac Broyn, on June 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 33-unit, 22,993-square-foot residential building at 952 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed herewith to propose an eight-story vertical building as per plans.

The cellar of the building will have a laundry room, per the plans. The ground floor and floors three through eight will each have four dwelling unit, while the second floor will have five dwelling units. The units will most likely be rentals based on the average unit size of 696 square feet.

Demolition plans were filed in March for the three-story building on the property.

Adam R. Taddonio is listed as the architect on the application.

The property was acquired for $2.7 million on February 25, 2020.
