Investmates finishes Williamsburg demo ahead of mixed-use development

Investmates, on March 17, completed the demolition of a two-story building at 661 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg.

The plans, pre-filed on January 20, 2017, call for the demolition of a two-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of two-story building.

The demolition was filed to make way for new building plans calling for a 75-foot tall, six-story, 15,354-square-foot, mixed-use building with eight dwelling units.

The new building plans were approved this month but have not yet received permits for construction. Per the plans, the building will have an eating and drinking establishment on the ground floor level.

The property was acquired for $2.8 million on July 22, 2015.
