Innovo Property Group files plans for 22k sf parking garage in LIC
Innovo Property Group, on June 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 22,000-square-foot parking garage at 49-20 23rd Street in Long Island City, Queens. Andrew Chung, founder of Innovo, filed the plans.
There have been 29 new building plans, including these, filed in LIC in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 25-foot-tall, one-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00695709.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 189 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: new building including pedestrian platform with open parking at grade.
Both floors of the building will be used as a parking garage.
The architect listed is GKY Architects.
The property was acquired for $1.5 million on November 4, 2019.
