L&L Holding Company files plans for $9.3M build-out at 425 Park Ave
L&L Holding Company, on June 28, filed plans for a $9.3M build-out of three floors at 425 Park Avenue in Plaza District, Manhattan.
In the previous 12 months, the developer has filed plans for $21,112,420 of work at the building.
The plans call for work on marketing floors 42 through 44 of the 892-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00733084.
The project is described in the filing as: general construction modifications taking place on the 36th, 37th and 38th floor (42nd, 43rd and 44th floor marketing) as per drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
