EDRE Development files plans for 10-unit resi building in South Slope
Harel Edery of EDRE Development, on June 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 9,046-square-foot residential building at 431 7th Avenue in South Slope, Brooklyn.
There have been five new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00669824.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 25 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: NB application filed for new six-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and one dwelling unit. Floors two through five will each have two dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have one dwelling unit.
The architect listed is Issac & Stern Architects, P.C.
The property was acquired for $1.9 million on April 26, 2022.
