Imian Partners files plans for 60-unit resi building in Astoria
Imian Partners, on March 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 60-unit, 67,861-square-foot building at 25-95 42nd Street in Astoria, Queens. Michael Shaftacolas, a partner with the firm, filed the plans.
The estimated job cost is $17,000,000.
There have been 37 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00696011. The development site spans multiple tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: affordable housing – new building six-story 60 dwelling units.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and one dwelling unit. Floors two through four will each have 13 dwelling units per floor, while floors five and six will each have 10 dwelling units. The fifth floor will have a roof.
