Huey Cheng through the entity 357 Bleecker Street, LLC paid $5.7 million to R. Bruce MacGregor|Thelma K. MacGregor through the entity Macgregor, R. Bruce for mixed-use building (S1) at 357 Bleecker Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 16, 2021 and was recorded on May 21, 2021.
The property has 2,672 square feet of built space and 1,416 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,093 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,122 and the price per buildable square foot is $1,385 per the PincusCo analysis.
