The Hudson Companies, on November 23, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 250-unit, 199,618-square-foot mixed-use building at 350 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush.

The plans, pre-filed on August 6, 2015, call for the construction of a 80-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years and three months.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing new building as per plans.

Per the plans, the cellar of the building has an office, storage space, and staff locker rooms. The ground floor has commercial spaces, a leasing office, lobby, lounge, children’s playroom, games room, exercise room, yoga room, storage space, an outdoor courtyard, and six dwelling units with private terraces. Floors two through six each have 37 dwelling units per floor, the seventh floor has 30 dwelling units and nine private terraces, and the eighth floor has 29 dwelling units and a lounge. The roof adds additional recreation space for tenants.

CetraRuddy Architecture was in charge of the design.

Hudson purchased four parcels that make up the development site for $13.1 million in 2015.
