Closings can begin soon at Marcal Group’s condominium at 133 Beach 116th Street

Closings can begin soon at the Marcal Group’s One Sixteen, at 133 Beach 116th Street in Far Rockaway.

A condominium declaration was recorded on April 13, allowing for closings. The plan was made effective on August 7, 2018, by 21 units, or 24 percent.

The condo has 86 residential units and 17 storage units. The total sellout price on the Attorney General’s website is $59.7 million.

The developers filed for an initial temporary certificate of occupancy on November 2019 with the NYC Department of Buildings. The building was designed by Fischer Makooi Architects with interior design by Me and General.
