Harjinder Singh files plans for 28-unit mixed-use building in Astoria
Harjinder Singh of Pawar Builders LLC, on August 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 28-unit, 22,953-square-foot mixed-use building at 29-10 21st Street in Astoria, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot tall, eight-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: this application is filed for new mixed-used building. One commercial and 28 residential units.
The ground floor of the building will have a commercial retail store and lobby, according to the filing. Floors two through eight will each have four dwelling units.
M.S. Savani Architect, PC is listed as the architect on the application.
The developer filed demolition plans on March 20 for the existing two-story mixed-use building on the property, the plans are currently awaiting permits.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
