Happy Living files plans to demolish four-building corner parcel in Clinton Hill

Happy Living Development, on July 16, filed four permit applications for the demolition of 11-17 Putnam Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Chana Leah Balkany filed the plans. The four buildings have 100 feet of frontage on Putnam Avenue and 90 feet of frontage on Gran Avenue.

No new building plans have been filed yet, and it is unclear what the developer plans to do with the site. Active development in the neighborhood includes Efraim Weber’s 124-unit, 88,368-square-foot mixed-use building at 963 Atlantic Avenue and a 14-unit condo with a $28.5 million sellout at 532 Clinton Avenue.

The first plans call for the demolition of a two-story building at 11 Putnam Avenue.
