Happy Living Development’s property can be occupied following construction of a 39-unit, 31K sf residential building in Gowanus

Happy Living Development, on March 18, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 39-unit, 31,423-square-foot residential building at 229 9th Street in Gowanus.

The permit application for the project was submitted on January 19, 2017.

The plans call for the construction of a 92-foot tall, 9-story, residential.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed 9 story residential building, total of 39 dwelling units. Proposed building to comply with quality housing program.

Luca Andrisani, winner of the 2016 Copper in Architecture Award from the Copper Development Association, was the architect for the project.

The new condo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom penthouse apartments available at ranging prices.
