Halcyon Management files plans for 104-unit resi building in Greenpoint, third NB plans at the site in a week

Halcyon Management Group, on February 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 104-unit, 113,505-square-foot residential building at 75 Private Drive in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Lipa Friedman filed the plans. Halcyon Management Group is led by Yoel Sabel.

The plans are part of the Calyer Place development, which is slated to have approximately 1,000 mixed-income apartments, as well as commercial space and parking when fully complete.

On February 22, the developer filed plans for the construction of a 181-unit, 179,785-square-foot residential building at 30 Porte Plaza and a 100-unit, 120,903-square-foot mixed-use building at 15 West Street.

Back in 2015, the developer filed plans for a 14-story building with 216 dwelling units at 23 West Street at the site. Then, plans were filed for a 14-story building with 92 dwelling units at 37 West Street and a 40-story building with 554 dwelling units at 65 Private Drive.

These plans call for the construction of a 95-foot-tall, nine-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00680267.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed nine-story residential building as per plans. A total of six towers proposed on subject zoning lot. Filing for 421a foundation approval.

Per the plans, the ground floor will have a lounge, accessory rooms, and utility space. Floors two through nine will each have 13 dwelling units per floor.
