Yechial Lichtenstein files plans for 240-unit mixed-use building in Mott Haven

Yechial Lichtenstein through Mint Development Corp., on February 28, filed a permit application for construction of a two-tower, 240-unit, 192,026-square-foot mixed-use building at 315 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven, Bronx.

The plans are one of 13 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 134-foot-tall, 13-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00673520. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed 13-story mixed-use project as per plans.

The towers are labeled as Tower A and Tower B. Tower A: the ground floor of the building will have commercial space, a lobby, and recreation space. The second floor will have recreation space, an exercise room, and three dwelling units. Floors three through 10 will each have eight dwelling units per floor with balconies. Floors 11 and 12 will each have seven dwelling units with balconies. Tower B: the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and 10 dwelling units with private terraces. Floors two through 10 will each have 12 dwelling units per floor, the units on floors three through 10 will have balconies. Floors 11 and 12 will each have 11 dwelling units with private terraces, while the 13th floor will have 10 dwelling units with private terraces. Both of the towers will have roof terraces and parking in the cellar.
