Guy Peleg submits 24-unit condo plan in Greenpoint
Guy Peleg through Artlife 173-175 McGuinness LLC, on August 3, submitted a condominium plan for 24 residential units at 173 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The developer purchased the site for $2.2 million in early 2019, per city records.

In September of 2019, the developer filed new building plans calling for the construction of an 80-foot tall, eight-story, 19,957-square-foot residential building with 24 dwelling units at the site.
Below are zoning diagrams of the plans.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units and two recreation spaces. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have three dwelling units, and floors seven and eight will each have two dwelling units per floor.
