ZHL Group submits $33M condo plan in Midwood

ZHL Group, on August 2, submitted a condominium plan for 43 residential units and 12 resort units at 618 Avenue H in Midwood, Brooklyn. The development is called H70 Condominium.

The property was acquired for a total of $4.9 million in four separate transactions and the lots merged.

The condo plan, CD220164, has a sellout price of $33,310,800 listed with the New York State Attorney General. Yevgeniy Lvovskiy and Lev Berenshteyn are listed as the principals.

In July of last year, the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 49-unit, 34,798-square-foot mixed-use building at the site.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a health care facility, residential lobby, and parking for 18 cars. Floors two through four will each have eight dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have nine dwelling units, the sixth floor will have eight dwelling units, the seventh floor will have six dwelling units, while the eighth floor will have two dwelling units and recreation spaces. The roof will have additional recreation space.
