Greenline Real Estate files plans for 25-unit resi building in Greenpoint

Greenline Real Estate, on May 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 25-unit, 18,042-square-foot residential building at 540 Graham Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Gilad Tamir filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot tall, five-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00528655. The development site spans three tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: construct new five-story residential use building as per plans filed.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a tenant exercise room, residential lobby, and two dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the fifth floor will have five dwelling units. The cellar will have storage.

Issac & Stern Architects PC is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $5 million.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $4.9 million on March 5, 2021.
