CW Realty permitted for 59-unit resi building in Vinegar Hill
Cheskie Weisz’s CW Realty, on May 27, was given a permit for construction of a 59-unit, 39,818-square-foot residential building at 68 Gold Street in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn.
Both foundation and new building permits were issued.
The plans, pre-filed on April 7, 2020, call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed five-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking for 29 cars, recreation space, and three dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have 16 dwelling units per floor. The second floor will also have recreation space. The fifth floor will have seven dwelling units, while the roof will have recreation space.
MHM Engineering, P.C. is listed as the architect.
Demolition of a two-story which previously occupied the property was completed in the early 1990s.
The property was acquired for $20.2 million from Paul Tocci’s 251 Front Street Realty Inc. on June 19, 2020.
