Global Management receives TCO for 35-unit Highbridge rental
Global Management, on February 18, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 35-unit, 24,455-square-foot residential building at 237 West 167th Street in Highbridge, the Bronx. Kambiz Yaghoobian filed the plans.
The plans, pre-filed on December 27, 2016, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story, residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was four years and two months.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new apartment building.
The ground floor of the building has a lobby and two dwelling units, according to the plans. Floors two and three each have four dwelling units per floor, while floors four through eight will each have five dwelling units per floor. The building has laundry in the cellar, outdoor recreation space, and 11 parking spaces.
