Global Holdings permitted for 123-unit mixed-use building in Lincoln Square
Global Holdings Management Group, on March 26, was given a permit for construction of a 123-unit, 173,561-square-foot mixed-use building at 7 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square. Eric Leclair, senior VP of construction and property management at Global Holdings Management Group, filed the plans. The building has an alternate address of 1841 Broadway.
The plans, pre-filed on December 6, 2018, call for the construction of a 298-foot tall, 27-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: construction of new 27-story mixed-use building.
The building will have several retail spaces in the cellar and on the ground floor, according to the plans. The numerous amenities include plans for a golf simulator, exercise room, arcade, study rooms, and numerous terraces. The dwelling units begin on the second floor.
SLCE Architects is listed as the architect.
The developer received permits in October for demolition of the 1920’s vintage office building which occupied the site.
