Glacier Global Partners permitted for 52-unit resi building in Gramercy
Glacier Global Partners, on June 30, received a permit for construction of a 52-unit, 67,873-square-foot residential building at 200 East 20th Street in Gramercy, Manhattan.
The plans, pre-filed on September 13, 2018, call for the construction of a 210-foot tall, 19-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing new building application to construct a 19-story, mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail and a lobby. The second floor will have recreation space and three dwelling units. Floors three through nine will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors 10 through 13 will each have three dwelling units per floor, floors 14 through 16 will each have two dwelling units per floor, and floors 17 through 19 will each have one dwelling unit per floor. Many of the units will have balconies.
The property was acquired for $10 million on December 30, 2014.
