Gibraltar Self Storage files plans for a 78-unit, 59K sf mixed-use building in Bushwick

Gibraltar Self Storage, on April 24, filed a permit application for construction of a 78-unit, 59,789-square-foot residential building at 150 Noll Street in Bushwick.

The plans call for the construction of a 54-foot tall, 5-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new five (5) story and cellar mixed use (residential and community facility) building.

The plans indicate the ground floor will have a health care facility in addition to a recreational room, and residential lobby. Residential units on the second and fifth floor will have access to outdoor space as well. The average unit scope is about 700-square-feet.

While demolition plans have yet to be filed, there is currently 2,500-square-feet building located on the parcel.

RSLN Architecture PLLC is currently listed as the architect for the project.
