GoodFriend Self Storage issued TCO after converting manufacturing building to storage facility in East Harlem

GoodFriend Self Storage, on April 23, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $1.2 million change in use of a 28,910-square-foot storage building at 166 East 124th Street in East Harlem.

The plans call for no change in size but a change in use of the 59-foot tall, 4-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed for conversion of existing building from manufacturing to storage facility. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,222,868.
