Brooklyn Home submits $56M condo plan in Park Slope
On October 28, The Brooklyn Home Company submitted a condominium plan for 34 residential units at 350 Butler Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD210297, has a current price of $56,343,000 listed with the New York State Attorney General. William and Lyndsay Caleo are listed as the principals of the sponsor.
The developer purchased three parcels and development rights from a fourth for a total of $15.24 million spent to assemble the land, according to city records.
The developer is behind a series of other projects in the borough as well, including other condos. In May, the developer submitted a condominium plan for 14 residential units at 670 Union Street in Gowanus. Those plans, CD210130, have a sellout price of $29.9 million. In total, these are at least the 11th condominium plans that the developer has been involved with since the start of 2018..
In May of 2020, the developer filed plans with the NYC DOB calling for the construction of a 120-foot tall, 12-story, 47,058-square-foot residential building with 34 dwelling units.
According to the plans, the ground floor will have a lobby and four dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors seven through 10 will each have two dwelling units per floor, while floors 11 and 12 will each have one dwelling unit. The seventh floor will have two private terraces, while floors nine through 11 will each have one private terrace per floor. The roof will also have a private terrace.
Robert Litchfield Architect is listed as the architect for the development.
In November of last year, Caleo received construction permits for the project.
