Genesis Realty Group receives TCO for 16-unit resi building in Tremont

Genesis Realty Group, on January 25, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 16-unit, 16,950-square-foot residential building at 2265 Hughes Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx. William Fernandez filed the plans.

The plans, pre-filed on May 21, 2013, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was seven years and eight months.

The project is described in the filings as: new seven-story, 16-residential-unit building with parking on the ground floor.

The ground floor of the building has a lobby and parking space, per the plans. Floors two through six each have three dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor has one dwelling unit, a terrace, and laundry.

John Saracco Architect LLC is listed as the architect.
