Fisher Brothers finishes $4.6M multi-floor rehab of Park Avenue Plaza

Fisher Brothers, on April 22, formally completed a $4.6 million rehabilitation of several floors of an office building at 55 East 52nd Street in the Plaza District.

The plans, pre-filed on September 30, 2020, call for a rehab of floors 27 through 29 of the 572-foot tall, 42-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction modifications taking place on floors 27 through 29 (31st-33rd marketing floors) as indicated on the drawings. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,600,000.

TPG Architecture, LLP was the architect listed.

The United Arab Emirates recently received a TCO for its 79,799-square-foot consulate building at 315 East 46th Street in Midtown East, a project which was developed by Fisher Brothers.
