Fisher Brothers files plans for $7.5M single-floor rehab at 299 Park Ave

Fisher Brothers, on May 9, filed plans for a $7.5 million rehab of a building at 299 Park Avenue in the Plaza District, Manhattan.

In the previous 12 months, the developer has filed 34 alteration plans at the building. The plans called for a total of $18,879,240 of work.

The new plans call for work on the 30th floor of the 574-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00718447.
