Mount Sinai files plans for $18.5M multi-floor rehab of medical building in Morningside Heights

Mount Sinai, on May 9, filed plans for a $18.5 million rehabilitation of multiple floors of a medical building at 1091 Amsterdam Avenue in Morningside Heights, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on floors five through 10 of the 154-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00707653.
