Fisher Brothers files plans for $4.6M multi-floor rehab at Park Avenue Plaza

Fisher Brothers, on September 30, filed a permit application for a $4.6 million rehabilitation of three floors of an office building at 55 East 52nd Street in the Plaza District.

The plans call for a rehab of floors 27 through 29 of the 572-foot tall, 42-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction modifications taking place on the 27-29th floors (31-33rd marketing floors as indicated on the drawings. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4,600,000.

The developer has been active on a variety of projects lately. It recently finished two rehabs at 299 Park Avenue, on September 21 and August 17. Back in July, Fisher Brothers demolished a building at 42-50 24th Street in Long Island City to make way for a large residential tower.
