Fetner Properties files plans $3M of foundation work at site of their 171-unit mixed-use development in UWS
Fetner Properties, on November 1, filed plans for $3 million project relating to foundation and earthwork at the site where the developer recently filed plans for the construction of a 171-unit mixed-use building at 270 West 96th Street in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The new building plans, pre-filed in March, call for the construction of a 235-foot tall, 23-story, 124,591-square-foot building. SLCE Architects is the architect.
The developer recently filed two demolition plans at the site.
The plans call for foundation and earthwork at the site and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00614735.
